Customer care

Above-standard customer care is ensured by The Walmark Health Club, which was established in 1998. The mission of the Walmark Health Club is to provide the regular buyers with quality service and to satisfy their needs especially in the field of product and health counselling. At present the club operates in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary. At present the club has over 500 000 members. The members have a call centre KZW (which provides valuable advice about healthy life style, allows direct ordering etc., free of charge, every day), a regular "direct mailing in the form of a club bulletin and catalogue, a programme for regular customers, COD sale, an internet portal allowing on-line purchase of products and realisation of various marketing events.

The department of research and registration succesfully engaged in the process of approval of new sources of vitamins and minerals for food complements within EU. This approval process is another step to improvement of quality and safety of food supplements. It has been done through the Czech Association for Special Food (ASP), which is a part of the European Federation of Associations of Producers of Special Food (EHPM). Our work in this field has been crowned by election of our representative into the management of ASP.
